Airconditioning unserviceable.Expensively appointed but little thought given to functionality(eg one had to get out of bed to switch off bedside lights.Lighting system complicated.Noisy reformation of square right outside bedroom.

Hotel is situated in the heart of Villafranca on the main street. It is a boutique hotel set within a period building. Internally it is beautifully decorated as are the the bedrooms which have very modern, high quality fitments. Breakfast (at 08/11 12 euros) was continental but ample and served in a delightful dinig room. Would recommend

I always stay at a fantastic hotel when visiting Vilafranca del Penedes. They made my first stay so memorable by helping me print. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, security, bar, welcome drink. I'll be back for New Years!

It was clean and quiet.

if you go there by car, you will have to pay 20 eur per day for the car park. free parking 15mins away from the hotel.

I appreciated absolutely perfect location of this property.

comforts of a nice size a double room with the english tv were fabulous. there were central heating, a laptop-size safe, and a flat-screen tv too.

had a lovely short break in Vilafranca del Penedes. Mercer Casa Torner I Guell exceeded expectations with comfortable room, top floor views, and helpful staff. Highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing stay in this charming town.

Wifi signal weak in rooms.

Dinner was really excellent. The chef may be the best trained person at the Hotel.

Hotel lacked any experienced management. We were met by young staff who responded well to our immediate problem in that the toilet in our room had been used and was in a disgusting state. We suspect that the cleaner had not looked at it for several days.We were quickly moved to another room which was a good solution. The Bar staff could not advise on the wines and one could not even use a corkscrew. We did not see any other people in the Bar the whole evening.

We loved unbeatable location of this place.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met my requirements. There was a lot of food for breakfast, including coffee and pastries. The room turned out to be new-fashioned and functional with the large balcony, quiet with great views over the town plus a lovely rainfall shower. The staff was attentive and outstandingly accommodating all the time...

The room we stayed in was stylish and had English TV, making our stay enjoyable.

Great location, easy to find. Spacious modern rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient for visiting Freixinet wine cellars.

Nothing to dislike.

This hotel is perfectly located in the center of the lovely town, making it ideal for exploring the region. the room is equipped with luxury, state, of, the, art fittings. the bathroom is top, notch, featuring high, quality showers and baths, as well as luxurious L'Occitane toiletries. the breakfast is absolutely first, rate, with a wide selection of high, quality items including cured ham, cava.

The check, in procedures were a bit strange, with limited staff availability and self, check.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city center. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the area and discover all its hidden gems. I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, which made my stay truly enjoyable. The friendly and helpful staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my entire visit. Additionally, the restaurant at the hotel served me a meal that was absolutely superb, leaving me completely satisfied.

Despite its many positive aspects, there were a few minor issues that I encountered during my stay. The lighting system in my room was quite confusing, making it a bit difficult to adjust the brightness to my liking.
